The bike is great, in its performance and reliability. I would like to suggest that you could make the bike internally cabled in your future bikes if that would not compromise the performance, make the brakes hydraulics and extend the length of the rear rack.

Loving my new M1 Pro. Smashes the steepest of hills and works like a dream. Battery definitely drains quicker than advertised however plenty for your daily use.
Great bike. I live in a hilly area and this bike is more than capable of managing even the steepest, battery life is awesome I put 28 miles of varied gradients and only used 2 bars.

I was an early pre-order and got the bike a couple weeks ago. Came smartly packaged, was super easy to assemble, and looks beautiful. Light as a feather for an e-bike and comfortable to ride. The acceleration is smooth and effortless and it works just how I hoped. My only complaint is the inconsistency of the fingerprint scanner, but the bike itself is everything I wanted and more!

Bought in sales so a good price was on offer. Bike itself arrived well packaged and quickly so very happy unfortunately accessories didn’t and took 3 weeks to resolve via emails but now all complete. Bike is easy to assemble with a good selection of tools to help. Quality appears good, minimal use due to weather but very pleased so far.

So far, nice experience - first ride was 20 miles round trip on Christmas day. Then, a few days later, around lake Ullswater. A few adjustments needed (eg right pedal seized when trying to fold, handlebar not square to front wheel). And a few after-market additions - eg better looking mudguards, handle-bar extensions (to increase the height), mirrors, paddle grips). I may change the gearing and seat later. I also changed to 5 modes instead of 3 so maybe better gearing is not needed. Overall positive.
The bike its nice and well made, easy to use and to manage. The only thing I find can be improved the help to fix some accessories. More video will help.
