Found the same e-bike for less? Contact us before placing your order. If the competitor offer meets the terms below, Rocket Ebikes will match the eligible price.

1. Who and what we will price match

To qualify for our Price Match Promise, all of the following must apply:

  • The competitor must be a genuine UK-based retailer selling directly to consumers.
  • The product must be brand new and the exact same brand, model, version and specification, including battery, size and colour where relevant.
  • The competitor product must be intended for the UK market and supplied with a comparable applicable manufacturer warranty/support arrangement.
  • The competitor product must be genuinely in stock and available to order at the time we verify the claim.
  • The lower price must be publicly advertised, current and independently verifiable.
  • We compare the total price payable for the product, including any compulsory delivery charge or other mandatory charge.

2. What we do not price match

Our Price Match Promise does not apply to:

  • Amazon or eBay, including products sold directly by Amazon/eBay or by third-party marketplace sellers.
  • Other marketplaces, auction websites, private sellers or overseas/non-UK retailers.
  • Used, refurbished, ex-display, damaged, graded or second-hand products.
  • Clearance, liquidation, closing-down or similar exceptional stock-disposal sales.
  • Obvious pricing errors or incorrectly advertised prices.
  • Trade prices, staff discounts, membership prices, personalised offers or discounts not generally available to the public.
  • Cashback, loyalty rewards, finance-specific incentives or voucher/promo codes that are not generally available to all customers.
  • Bundles, free-gift offers or multi-buy promotions where the overall offer is not directly comparable.
  • Cycle to Work purchases or other salary-sacrifice/benefit schemes.

3. How to claim

Please contact Rocket Ebikes before placing your order and provide a link or other clear evidence showing the competitor, product, price and availability. We will verify the offer against these terms before confirming the matched price.

Price Match claims made after an order has been placed are not eligible under this Promise.

4. Applying the matched price

Where a claim qualifies, we will match the eligible competitor price for the comparable product. The Price Match cannot be combined with another Rocket Ebikes promotional discount or voucher unless we expressly confirm otherwise.

The Price Match Promise is a voluntary promotional commitment and does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
