ENGWE manufacturer warranty (standard component cover)

The periods below apply to manufacturing faults under normal use, measured from purchase. ENGWE assesses the fault and may supply a replacement part under its warranty.

• 12 months: frame, fork, handlebars, folding tube and seatpost; motor and its Hall sensor/bearings; battery and its case/covers; controller, charger, display, wiring, throttle, pedal-assist sensor and non-wear brake components.
• 6 months: headlights and taillights; kickstand, mudguards, rear rack, pedals, grips, cranks, chainrings, hubs, chain, shifters, rear derailleur, freewheel and shock absorber.
• 3 months: manufacturing defects in the saddle, plastic parts, brake disc/rotor, brake pads and brake cable. Normal wear is excluded.
• 1 month: tyre manufacturing defects present on receipt. Punctures, impact damage and ordinary wear are excluded.

The battery is covered for qualifying faults such as failure to charge or store power, including capacity falling below 60%, within its 12-month period. A replacement battery keeps the remaining original warranty period.

Accident damage, misuse, improper storage or maintenance, unauthorised modification or repair, water damage and normal wear are excluded from ENGWE’s manufacturer warranty. Do not arrange a repair or return without prior agreement.

For a claim, contact Rocket Ebikes with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos or a short video. Your statutory consumer rights against Rocket Ebikes are unaffected.
