Fiido manufacturer warranty

Fiido’s published warranty periods and component cover are:

Frame — 36 months. For eligible manufacturing defects.

Main components — 24 months. This includes the fork, handlebar, stem and seatpost; listed drivetrain, suspension and brake assemblies; and the motor, lithium battery, charger, main wiring harness, display, controller, speed control and torque sensor.

Other listed components — 3 months. These include certain clamps, tyres, saddle, pedals, brake discs and wheel parts, plus lights and power-off brake levers or switches. Normal wear is excluded.

Conditions. Fiido covers eligible manufacturing defects, subject to proof of purchase from Fiido or an authorised reseller and its component-specific terms. Accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised modifications and certain water-related faults are excluded.

Need help? If you bought your bike from Rocket Ebikes, contact us first with your order details and photos or video of the fault. Your statutory consumer rights against Rocket Ebikes are unaffected.
