FREESKY dealer warranty for Rocket Ebikes purchases

FREESKY confirmed the following component periods for its dealer sales to Rocket Ebikes. These cover qualifying manufacturing faults.

  • 18 months: battery, motor, controller and charger.
  • 12 months: frame, front fork, handlebar, seatpost, display, throttle, derailleur, lights, kickstand, brakes and brake calipers, crank, chainwheel, wheel rims and gear shifters.

FREESKY excludes ordinary wear and consumable items such as tyres, inner tubes, saddle, pedals, handlebar tape, mudguards, racks and baskets from its manufacturer warranty. Accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised alterations, improper maintenance and water damage are also outside manufacturing-defect cover. Supplier approval is needed before booking a repair or return.

These are the manufacturer-backed dealer periods supplied to Rocket Ebikes by the brand. For a claim, contact Rocket Ebikes with your order number, bike serial number, fault details and clear photos or a short video. Your statutory consumer rights against Rocket Ebikes are unaffected.

Eurostar Ultra M-410

The Eurostar is fantastic! Coming from a 250w bike with road tyres to this beast has been amazing, The build quality feels solid and the accessories are a nice plus. The fat tyres perform well on the road or on some tougher terrain. The only thing I would say is it's quite a heavy bike but that's coming from someone who has only ownedighter frame ebikes. I would say this has easily been the best ebike I've owned and the service from Rocketebikes has been exceptional!
