The Koolux X2 Electric Bike is a powerful and practical step-through commuter eBike, designed for comfortable everyday riding with enhanced power and range compared to entry-level models.

Built around a lightweight aluminium step-through frame and full-size 26” wheels, the X2 offers a stable, upright riding position — ideal for commuting, leisure rides, and longer journeys.

At its core is a 250W rear hub motor (UK road legal) delivering approximately 58Nm of torque, providing smooth acceleration and reliable assistance on hills and urban terrain.

Power comes from a 48V 13.5Ah removable lithium-ion battery, offering a real-world range of approximately 45–85km per charge, depending on terrain, rider weight, and assist level.

With Shimano 7-speed gearing, front suspension, disc brakes, and commuter-ready components, the Koolux X2 is designed to deliver a comfortable, controlled, and dependable ride.

KOOLUX limited warranty

KOOLUX UK lists a 12-month limited warranty from delivery to the first purchaser for manufacturing defects in the e-bike. KOOLUX’s dealer guidance directs retailer customers to their original seller for after-sales service.

  • 12 months: manufacturing defects affecting the bike’s non-wear components, including its frame, motor, controller and electrical system, where approved as a warranty fault.
  • Ordinary wear to tyres, brake pads, chains, lights, grips, spokes and similar consumables is excluded. Accidents, corrosion, misuse, incorrect assembly, unauthorised modifications and battery damage caused by an unsuitable charger, water or poor maintenance are also excluded.

Contact Rocket Ebikes with your order number, fault description and clear photographs or a short video. Please obtain approval before booking a repair or returning the bike. Your statutory consumer rights against Rocket Ebikes are unaffected.
