DYU C2 – Lightweight, Foldable & Built for Everyday Adventures

The DYU C2 is a stylish and practical 16-inch folding electric bike designed for commuters, motorhome owners and anyone looking for an easy-to-store, easy-to-ride e-bike. Featuring a premium magnesium alloy frame, the C2 is both lightweight and incredibly strong, folding down in seconds for convenient transport or storage at home, in the office or in the boot of your car.

Powered by a 250W rear hub motor and the latest 48V 7.5Ah lithium battery, the DYU C2 provides smooth pedal assistance up to the UK legal speed limit of 25km/h (15.5mph). With a pedal assist range of up to 60km, it's ideal for daily commuting, shopping trips, camping holidays and leisurely weekend rides.

Comfort hasn't been overlooked either. The 16" x 2.5" wide tyres, central shock absorption system and upright riding position deliver a smooth, stable ride across roads, cycle paths and light gravel tracks. Dual disc brakes provide confident stopping power, while integrated front and rear lights help keep you visible when riding in low-light conditions.

DYU manufacturer warranty

DYU UK lists a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturing defects, starting when the first owner receives the bike.

  • 12 months: frame, battery and original DYU parts and components, including the motor and electrical components, where a manufacturing defect is confirmed by DYU.
  • The battery is repaired or replaced for a qualifying defect within the first year. A replacement keeps the remaining term of the original battery warranty; it does not restart it.

Normal wear to items such as tyres, tubes, brake pads, chains, sprockets and spokes is excluded, as are accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised alterations, incorrect assembly and water damage. Complimentary accessories are outside DYU’s manufacturer warranty. DYU may require evidence of the fault before approving replacement parts.

For a warranty claim, contact Rocket Ebikes with your order number, a description of the fault and clear photos or a short video. Please obtain agreement before arranging a repair or return. Your statutory consumer rights against Rocket Ebikes are unaffected.
