I was actually really pleasantly surprised by the quality, efficiency, communication and overall value for money. I would highly recommend DYU as a company in comparison to other higher end stores. Delivery was tracked very simply. Free gifts of pump and lock where top notch quality.
Perfect little bike for apartment living. I can get in and out of the door really easily. I am 5'2'' and 125lbs... It fits me perfect but it also fits my 6'2" friend comfortably. I even pull a cart with it, and it has no problems.. I Feels like it maybe getting progressively slower...max speed is prob only 14 mph... But I am okaywith that because it beats peddling!I get a million compliments daily! I added a front basket and rear seat... I had shopped around alot and for a little electric bike like this it was hands down the cheapest!!! By alot!! Not just Amazon, but across all sites! all in all i would easily give it 5 stars. It was preassembled when it arrived.It only needed to be unfolded and tightened. I have never actually folded it again after I pulled it out of the box but it is an option. The small tires make it a little scary when going over bumps and curves... Luckily it doesn't go very fast. Holds a charge, for days... and I keep forgetting to turn it off, I've had it Sit with the battery on overnight multiple times and it still has A lot of battery in the morning.
