 The ENGWE EP-2 3.0 Boost is built for riders who want one e-bike that can handle weekday commuting and weekend exploring without compromise. With a torque sensor for smoother, more natural assistance, a punchy 75 Nm motor system for confident hill starts, and fat 20″ × 4.0″ tyres for stability on mixed surfaces, it’s a seriously capable folding e-bike.

This model upgrades the ride experience with hydraulic disc brakes, a colour display with Bluetooth, and app connectivity—all wrapped in a practical folding, step-through magnesium alloy frame with an integrated removable battery. Whether you’re tackling rough city roads, cycle paths, or light off-road, the EP-2 3.0 Boost is engineered to feel planted, comfortable, and responsive.

ENGWE manufacturer warranty (standard component cover)

The periods below apply to manufacturing faults under normal use, measured from purchase. ENGWE assesses the fault and may supply a replacement part under its warranty.

  • 12 months: frame, fork, handlebars, folding tube and seatpost; motor and its Hall sensor/bearings; battery and its case/covers; controller, charger, display, wiring, throttle, pedal-assist sensor and non-wear brake components.
  • 6 months: headlights and taillights; kickstand, mudguards, rear rack, pedals, grips, cranks, chainrings, hubs, chain, shifters, rear derailleur, freewheel and shock absorber.
  • 3 months: manufacturing defects in the saddle, plastic parts, brake disc/rotor, brake pads and brake cable. Normal wear is excluded.
  • 1 month: tyre manufacturing defects present on receipt. Punctures, impact damage and ordinary wear are excluded.

The battery is covered for qualifying faults such as failure to charge or store power, including capacity falling below 60%, within its 12-month period. A replacement battery keeps the remaining original warranty period.

Accident damage, misuse, improper storage or maintenance, unauthorised modification or repair, water damage and normal wear are excluded from ENGWE’s manufacturer warranty. Do not arrange a repair or return without prior agreement.

For a claim, contact Rocket Ebikes with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos or a short video. Your statutory consumer rights against Rocket Ebikes are unaffected.

Top price-performance ratio!

I bought this bike to keep in my trunk as a small companion for short trips. This bike was quick to assemble, neatly made and easy to use. It is fun to ride. Upon unpacking, I realized that the seat tube may have been damaged during packing. The supplier was quick to send a replacement. I would definitely buy this bike again as I have never seen a comparable product for the money from another supplier.
