Built around a lightweight aluminium frame, the Lossø City delivers a balanced, stable ride ideal for daily commuting and longer leisure rides. At its core is a 250W rear hub motor producing 42Nm of torque, paired with Hygge’s torque sensor technology, giving you responsive, natural pedal assistance that feels far more intuitive than basic cadence-based systems.
Powering the bike is a Samsung 48V 14Ah removable battery (approx. 672Wh), offering a claimed range of up to 80km per charge, making it ideal for commuting without frequent charging.

At Hygge Bikes, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a standard1-year warrantyon all E-Bikes and accessories, starting from the date of delivery. The warranty covers manufacturing defects & faulty components under normal usage conditions.
What is Covered
Frame & Forks:Warranty covers any structural defects in the frame or forks due to manufacturing faults.(3 Years on the Frame)
Battery & Motor:Warranty covers defects in the motor & battery that affect the performance & functionality of the E-Bike.
Brake Failure & Defects:Warranty covers any Brake Failure and Brake replacement.
Electrical Components:Warranty includes issues with electrical components, such as the display, controllers, & wiring, that are a result of manufacturing defects.
Accessories:Warranty covers defects in accessories provided by Hygge Bikes, such as helmets, chargers, & bike locks, as long as they are used under normal conditions.
What is Not Covered
Damage from Accidents or Improper Use:The warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect.
Normal Wear & Tear:Wear & tear on components such as tires, brakes, chains, & gears is not covered by the warranty.
Modifications:If the E-Bike or accessories have been modified in any way, including the installation of non-original parts, the warranty may be voided.
How to Make a Warranty Claim

Order number & proof of purchase
Clear photos or videos showing the defect
A description of the issue
Once your claim is reviewed, we will provide you with further instructions on how to return the item for inspection or arrange for a repair.
Repairs & Coverage for Non-Warranty Issues
If your E-Bike or accessories require repairs that are not covered by the warranty, Hygge Bikes offers repair services through our dedicated partners. We will assist in getting your bike or accessories repaired at a reasonable cost. Please contactsupport@hyggebikes.comto inquire about repair coverage & pricing.
Warranty Repair Process
Claim Submission– Emailsupport@hyggebikes.comwith the required information for warranty claims.
Inspection– Once the item is returned, we will inspect the defect & determine if the issue is covered under warranty.
Repair or Replacement– If the claim is approved, we will either repair or replace the defective parts at no cost to you. If a replacement is needed, we will arrange for an exchange of the defective parts or bike.
Timeline– Repairs are typically completed within7-14 business daysafter the item is received. Shipping times may vary depending on location.
