The Hygge Lossø City Electric Bike is a premium commuter eBike designed for smooth, efficient urban riding with a focus on comfort, reliability, and real-world usability.

Built around a lightweight aluminium frame, the Lossø City delivers a balanced, stable ride ideal for daily commuting and longer leisure rides. At its core is a 250W rear hub motor producing 42Nm of torque, paired with Hygge’s torque sensor technology, giving you responsive, natural pedal assistance that feels far more intuitive than basic cadence-based systems.

Powering the bike is a Samsung 48V 14Ah removable battery (approx. 672Wh), offering a claimed range of up to 80km per charge, making it ideal for commuting without frequent charging.

With Shimano 8-speed gearing, Tektro hydraulic disc brakes, and a fully equipped commuter setup, the Lossø City is built to deliver a smooth, controlled, and dependable ride in everyday conditions.

Hygge manufacturer warranty

Hygge lists cover for manufacturing defects and faulty components under normal use, from the date of delivery.

  • 3 years: structural manufacturing defects in the bike frame.
  • 12 months: fork, battery, motor, display, controller, wiring and other supplied bike components. Manufacturing faults affecting brakes and supplied Hygge accessories are included within the standard 12-month period.

Accident damage, misuse, unauthorised alterations and ordinary wear to tyres, brake pads, chains, gears and other consumable parts are excluded from the manufacturer warranty.

For a warranty claim, contact Rocket Ebikes with your order number, a description of the fault and clear photos or a short video. Please obtain agreement before arranging a repair or return. Your statutory consumer rights against Rocket Ebikes are unaffected.
