Built for modern commuting, the Lossø Step features a lightweight aluminium step-through frame, making it easy to get on and off — ideal for riders of all ages and flexibility levels. At its core is a 250W Hygge rear hub motor paired with an advanced torque sensor, delivering natural, responsive pedal assistance that adapts to your riding style — giving a much smoother and more intuitive ride than standard cadence-based eBikes.

The Samsung battery (36V 13Ah on the Step model) provides reliable real-world performance, with a range of up to 80km per charge, making it ideal for daily commuting without constant recharging.

With Shimano 8-speed gearing, Tektro hydraulic disc brakes, integrated lights, and a commuter-ready setup, the Lossø Step is built to handle everyday riding with ease, comfort, and confidence.

Hygge manufacturer warranty

Hygge lists cover for manufacturing defects and faulty components under normal use, from the date of delivery.

  • 3 years: structural manufacturing defects in the bike frame.
  • 12 months: fork, battery, motor, display, controller, wiring and other supplied bike components. Manufacturing faults affecting brakes and supplied Hygge accessories are included within the standard 12-month period.

Accident damage, misuse, unauthorised alterations and ordinary wear to tyres, brake pads, chains, gears and other consumable parts are excluded from the manufacturer warranty.

For a warranty claim, contact Rocket Ebikes with your order number, a description of the fault and clear photos or a short video. Please obtain agreement before arranging a repair or return. Your statutory consumer rights against Rocket Ebikes are unaffected.
