Despite its lightweight design, the Virum Step delivers strong real-world performance. A 250W rear hub motor with 42Nm of torque, combined with a Samsung 36V 10Ah removable seat-post battery, provides smooth and reliable assistance for daily commuting.

Unlike many folding eBikes in this category, the Virum Step comes equipped with a Shimano Altus 8-speed drivetrain and Tektro hydraulic disc brakes, giving you greater control, comfort, and versatility across a range of riding conditions.

Hygge manufacturer warranty

Hygge lists cover for manufacturing defects and faulty components under normal use, from the date of delivery.

  • 3 years: structural manufacturing defects in the bike frame.
  • 12 months: fork, battery, motor, display, controller, wiring and other supplied bike components. Manufacturing faults affecting brakes and supplied Hygge accessories are included within the standard 12-month period.

Accident damage, misuse, unauthorised alterations and ordinary wear to tyres, brake pads, chains, gears and other consumable parts are excluded from the manufacturer warranty.

For a warranty claim, contact Rocket Ebikes with your order number, a description of the fault and clear photos or a short video. Please obtain agreement before arranging a repair or return. Your statutory consumer rights against Rocket Ebikes are unaffected.
