Hidoes manufacturer warranty

Hidoes UK lists the following limited warranty periods from the date the bike is received. Cover concerns qualifying manufacturing faults assessed by Hidoes.

  • 12 months: bike frame.
  • 6 months: motor and battery.

Hidoes does not publish a separate assured period for every other component in its UK policy; if you have a question about a particular part, please ask Rocket Ebikes. Normal wear, accidents, misuse, unauthorised alterations and water damage are excluded from Hidoes’ manufacturer warranty. Do not arrange repairs or return the bike without prior agreement.

For a warranty claim, contact Rocket Ebikes with your order number, a description of the fault and clear photos or a short video. Please obtain agreement before arranging a repair or return. Your statutory consumer rights against Rocket Ebikes are unaffected.

good bike, solid appearance, good equipment, use every day for work, already 150KM, just a little play in the seat post I think because of the automatic lift
