PIXAR dealer warranty for Rocket Ebikes purchases

PIXAR’s supplier confirmed these manufacturer-backed periods to Rocket Ebikes for its dealer sales, covering qualifying manufacturing faults.

  • 3 years: bike frame.
  • 12 months: the remainder of the bike, including the motor, battery and other supplied components, where the issue is a manufacturing fault.

Normal wear and consumable parts, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised changes or repairs and water damage are not manufacturing faults. PIXAR may provide replacement parts for an approved claim; Rocket Ebikes will arrange the next steps if parts cannot resolve the problem.

For a claim, contact Rocket Ebikes with your order number, a description of the fault and clear photos or a short video before arranging a repair or return. Your statutory consumer rights against Rocket Ebikes are unaffected.
