Powered by a 250W rear hub motor with 45Nm of torque, this e-bike provides smooth, responsive acceleration up to 25 km/h, letting you tackle hills and long distances with ease. The removable 36V 13Ah lithium-ion battery offers an impressive range of up to 65 km on a single charge, making it ideal for daily commutes or weekend adventures.

Available in 26" or 29" wheel options, the U1 adapts to your preferred riding style. Its durable steel frame, front suspension fork, and mechanical shock absorber ensure a stable, comfortable ride across all terrains. For added safety, it features dual disc brakes and an electronic braking system, plus an IPX4 water-resistance rating to handle wet conditions.

Touroll manufacturer warranty

Touroll publishes the following component periods from the original date of purchase. Its policy directs customers who bought from an authorised reseller to contact that seller for aftercare.

  • 3 years: frame.
  • 12 months: front fork, controller, motor and charger.
  • 6 months: battery, LCD display, chainwheel, freewheel, brake assembly, gear shifter, rear derailleur and front light.
  • 3 months: kickstand and pedals.
  • 14 days: other components not individually listed in Touroll’s manufacturer table. This does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

Touroll excludes accidental or water damage, misuse, unauthorised changes, incompatible accessories, theft and damage caused by the customer, including punctures and collisions. A claim needs proof of purchase and evidence of the fault.

For a warranty claim, contact Rocket Ebikes with your order number, a description of the fault and clear photos or a short video. Please obtain agreement before arranging a repair or return. Your statutory consumer rights against Rocket Ebikes are unaffected.
